Dr. Monica Seon Moon, DDS, brings a practical, high-energy, patient-focused approach to dental care. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST), she double-majored in Psychology and Chemistry at the University of Virginia (Class of 2011) before earning her DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2017. With over a decade of combined academic and clinical experience, she continues to grow through advanced training in endodontics, dental implants, and facial injectables.
Dr. Moon resides in Fairfax with her husband and daughter, Luna. She chose Bristow as the home for her first dental practice, drawn by its welcoming spirit and strong sense of community. Her mission is simple: to provide exceptional care while building lasting relationships in the town she proudly serves.
Patients describe her as clear, calm, and all in—she explains the why, sets a plan, and follows through so you leave healthier and more confident.

Maricela Flores
Office Manager
Maricela Flores is the Dental Office Manager at Moon Dental of Bristow, bringing over a decade of experience in patient coordination, insurance processing, and office operations. A member of AADOM, Maricela holds certifications in Dental Radiography, Infection Control, HIPAA/OSHA, and CPR, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Known for a friendly, organized, and approachable leadership style, Maricela is committed to supporting both patients and the dental team with professionalism, efficiency, and care, while creating a welcoming and efficient dental experience for every patient.
Outside the office, Maricela enjoys playing music and bike riding with family.
Ashley Rodriguez
Dental Hygienist
Ashley pursued her education in dental hygiene at Virginia Western Community College where she found her passion in public health. She created a program plan advocating for equitable dental care by bridging communication gaps for underserved populations. She received the Colgate STAR award and served as her class’ commencement speaker.
Ashley genuinely loves what she does and strives to provide a safe space for patients where they feel supported and motivated to improve their oral health. She believes its importance for patients to be educated about their dental health and she is proud to be a resource for them.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Ashley spending time with her family, reading and walking her dog, Yogi. As a native of Northern Virginia, Ashley appreciates the diversity and delicious food from all different cultures present in the area.
